Please find enclosed the original and 10 copies of Revision 6 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit Number 3 in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.71(e)(4). Also enclosed i
are 10 copies of the Quality Assurance Program Manual in accordance with 10CFR50.54(a). As discussed with members of the NRC Staff, the Quality Assurance Manual is being submitted in lieu of Chapter 17.2 of the Final Safety
. Analysis Report which has been deleted in this revision. This deletion eliminates duplication within the two documents.

acts as a minimum the status of Waterford 3 as of June 18, 1992. A list c' 'ifective Pages and instructions for the FSAR revision are provided.
Plant changes made under the pravisions of 10CFR50.59 are reported to the Commission pursuant to the requirements of Paragraph (b)(2) of 10CFR50.09 by a separate submittal.
