Please make available for our review all documents relating to the safety of steam generators at Unit 1 o f the Three Mile Island nuclear generating station from 1979 to the present.
We ara particularly interested in reviewing all inspection reports, correspondence, memoranda and any other documents relating to corrosion problems in the steam generators and with the repair of these steam generators.
As you know, the FOI Act provides that if portions of a document are exempt from release, the remainder must be segregated and disclosed.
We reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any materials.
