Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter submits proposed new Technical Specification 4.9.3, Xenon Stability Testing.
The new Specification will enable Public Service Company to perform one of the remaining B-0 Startup Tests.
A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment I with the actual proposed changes in Attachment 2. contains the Significant Hazards Analysis and_ Attachment 4 is the Xenon Stability Test Exception Summary.
Please find enclosed the $150.00 submittal fee.
