Nuclear Regulatory staff's decision not to oppose the request of Pacific Gas & Electric for a nine month re-prieve for completing the geological survey relevant to the seismic safety of the Humboldt Bay Nuclear Plant.
In my opinion, this decision was a mistake and should be over-ruled. The wealth of seismic informa-tion available does not justify continued dealay 'in I bringing this matter to the hearing stage and hopefully I some resolution.
