Enclosed are eight copies of revisions to our application for amendment to license #SNM-1513, which we have discussed by telephone. The revised pages are the title page and page numbers 12, 27, 28, and 29.
The newest revisions are marked-in'the margin with " lR2 "-
Explanations of these revisions follow.
Page 12
- 1. To eliminate the need for future revisions we are eliminating specific dates from our references to film badge summaries. We also corrected a typographical error.
5.2.9 We have inserted a statement which restricts the calibration work to licensed individuals.
Page 27 We deleted a line which was inaccurate and inconsistent with Table II.
Page 28 Table II has been completely revised. The previous version of the table contained errors, described dose rate measurements made without the paraffin cart blocking the radiographic port (not a normal condition), and emphasized dose rates at locations which employees do not frequent.. Data on thermal neutron dose rates have been inserted. We will be installing a more durable guard in front of the CFX. Also, we have added information on the frequency-of occupancy.
