REQUEST FOR ALLOWANCES TO SNM INVENTORY LICENSING REQUIREMENT With reference to activities authorized by NRC License SNM-1097 at the GE fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, General Ele'ctric hereby requests allowances be granted to certain SNM licensing _ requirements as described in the attachment to this letter.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as it contains information which identifies General Electric procedures for safeguarding licensed special' nuclear material.
Pursuant.to 10 CFR 170.31, a GE check for $150 for processing this.
