Dear Mr. Margulies:
This letter will confirm that the Elmont Union Free School District has not authorized the use of its facilities for evacuation purposes in the event of a disaster at the Shoreham facility. The use of Elmont's facilities for this purpose will have to be negotiated separately by the American Red Cross and have the approval of the Board of Education of this district.
