Docket No. 70-1201, SNM-1168 B&W Fuel Company's Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plan (CNFP) has revised it's Radiological Contingency Plan in accordance with condition 20 of our SNM license.
As discussed with Sean Soong of your staff, the revisions were made to Revision O the Plan, dated 10-17-90.
Page 33 of the Plan has been modified to comply with condition 20 and is denoted as revision 0-A and dated 12-11-92.
The changes have been identified with a side bar.
Revision 1, dated 8-13-92, which is currently under review by your staff will include these revisions upon confirmation of it's approval.
As required, six copies of the revised page of the Plan (page 33) and page 8-1 of our SNM License are included.
