SERVED JUN 111985 We wish to advise you of a misrepresentation on the part of the Nassau County Chapter of the American Red Cross in the matter of an agreement with the Long Island Lighting Company in the arent of an emergency at Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant.
ij We originally agreed a few years ago to serve as a shelter in the -
case of a4 -local emergency.
We were not contacted by the American Red Cross regarding any agreement with LILCO.
We do not know the terms of said agreement.

We, therefore regard said agreement as illegal becaus@ we, a participating, party, were not consulted and given the opportunity to approve or disapprove.
