QA 0195 has been properly annecced an annual fee under 10 CFR Part 171 fee Category 10B(1) Ucer and Fabricator for FY 1991 and FY 1992 for Invoices AM04511-91 and AM03841-92.
Therefore, no refundo are due.
In responne to your September 15, 1992, letter Revision llo. 4 to QA 0195 was issued September 29, 1992, to downgrade the QA to user only (10B(2)) and the FY 1993 annual fee will reflect thin change.
