Dear Mr. Magni,
In accordance vith the Director's Final Findings and Orders, this letter and attachments comprise the annual report to maintain approval for use of Calcon H-130 as a cooling vater additive for zebra mussel control at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
The results of monitoring and toxicity testing done during the' application of l
H-130 are included in Attachment 1.
Reports for sections 4.a. - e. of the Orders are in Attachmects 2 - 7.
Reports on research, problems encountered, i
and any additional information is in Attachment 8.
The reports from Calgon Corporation stamped Confidential" contain proprietary information. Any release of these documents should be approved through Calgon Corporation.
