This letter is submitted to comply with the requirement for an annual report:

- 2. Tectinical Specifications. All requirements of the Technical Specifications have been met euch calendar quarter in 1992. The 1992 secords of the Reactor Ad::.inistrator will be audited by the Chair of the Radiation Safety Commit tee in January 1993.
- 3. DecommisEinniUn Plan. Appr oved by NRC and Decommissioning Order received.
- 4. _Dm ojaim_i.guing Pronress. Pending a final decision by the Smithsonian Institut20n with respect to accepting the CUA AGN-201 (less fuel), no further dismantling has been done. Extensise wipe test ing of the f acilit y will commence in Jarsary 1993. Radiation emission measurements have t:en made on each fuel segment to satisfy the requirements of the " Scrap Declaration" form pr ovioed by ORNL. The form will be submitted as soon as data reduction is complete. It is expected that the facility survey will be completed by 30 June 1993. On completion, a r eques t. will be made to NRC for decommissioning.
