Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Cycle 9 Core Operating Limits Report, Revision 2 Pursuant to TMl-1 Technical Specification Section 6.9.5.4, enclosed is a copy of the Cycle 9 Core Operating Limits Report, Revision 2.
This revision incorporates THI-l Technical Specification Figure 3.5-2M, LOCA Limited Maximum Allowable Linear Heat Rate, in accordance with Technical Specification Change Request No. 220 submitted on October 29, 1992. The limits being incornorated in the Core Operating Limits Report reflect the updated Technical Specification Figure 3.5-2M as previously submitted in Technical Specification Change Request No. 208. The figure is reformatted to indicate the limits as a function of fuel rod burnup and fuel elevation.
The core operating limits contained in this report have been determined in accordance with Technical Specification 6,9.5, including the proposed changes as submitted in Technical Specification Change Request No. 220.
