inspector followup items described in our Inspection Report Nos. 50-348/92-17

and 50 364/92-17, for activities conducted at your Farley facility.

The explanations and proposed actions for the following items are acceptable

subject to verification in future NRC inspections:

(2) Unresolved Item 348, 364/92-17-06, Lack of Coordination Calculation for

208 V Subsystems.

(3) Responses identified as 2) and 3)b for Unresolved Item 348, 364/92-17-07,

Auxiliary Building Battery Voltage is Marginal for Present Load Require-

ments.

(4) Unresolved Item 348, 364/92-17-08, Some Safety-Related Equipment Rooms

Could Experience Temperatures Above Those Stated in the FSAR.

(5) Unresolved Item 348, 364/92-17-09, Updating of Controlled Vendor Manuals.

Inspector Followup Item 348,364/92-17-10, Battery Test Procedures Did

Not Verify Design Adequacy.

Inspector Followup Item 348,364/92-17-12, Weaknesses in DC Ground Fault

Detection.

Oil Static 230 kV Cable System.

Maintenance Not Being Performed on Oil-Filled 4160/600 V Transformers and

Test Failures Not Identified or Reported.

Periodic Testing to Verify Continued Capabilities of Most Safety-Related
