This is in reply to your letter dated October 5, 1992, returning Invrice No.
AH03537-92 for Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0695.
xe As stated in the final revision to the Commission's fee regulations in 10 CFR 170 and 10 CFR 171 for FY 1992, which was published in the Federal Recistgr July 23, 1992, the Commission exempted from the FY 1992 annual fee those licensees and holders of certificates, registrations and approvals who either filed for termination or for a possession only/ storage license during the period October 1, 1991, through December 31, 1991.
Because you have an active license you are subject to an annual fee.
Accordingly, Invoice AM03537-92 is past due and payable.
please be aware that interest, administrative and penalty charges have been assessed on this delinquent debt.
This delinquent debt now totals $1696.53 through October 24, 1992. Non-payment of debts due the NRC mMy result in suspension or revocation of any other license or approval issued to the licensee and referral of the delinquent debt to a collection agency in accordance with 10 CFR 15 of the Commission's debt collection regulations, copy enclosed.

If you determine you meet NRC's small business size standards, please complete the form. A reduced fee of either $1800 or $400, with applicable charges, would then be due.
