This refers to Certificate of Compliance No. 5492 for the Model No. RMG-181-1 packaging which has an expiration date of January 31, 1993.
To ensure continued use of this package, you should submit an application for renewal of the certificate at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. The sections on o)erating procedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance programs should be rev' ewed to assure they are complete and current. If revisions are necessary, the revised sections should be submitted with the application for renewal. Note that the certificate of - compliance may be conditioned to specifically cite the operating procedures, acceptance testing and_ maintenance programs.
This notice of expiration should not be construed that such notice will be provided in the future. Also, please let us know if you do not intend to request renewal of the certificate.
