This transmits the October 15 through November 19, 1992, inspection findings of Messrs.
C. Marschall and W. Olsen at the Maine Yankee Atomic Power Plant, Wiscasset, Maine.
Those findings were based on observations of activitics, interviews, and document reviews,
and have been discussed with Mr. Blackmore of your staff.
During the inspection, we noted safe operation, good control of maintenance and surveillance
activities, and cc~octent radiological and access controls for a medical emergency drill. We
also noted good self-assessment in operations and engineering.
