NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-445/92-55; 50-446/92-55
This refers to the inspection condur.ted by Mr. f. E. Johnson of this office on
November 2-10 and 16-19, 1992. The inspection included a review of activities

authorized for your Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2,
facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed
with those memLars of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during this inspet,t:on are identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and of completed
activities.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified,
in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790 of the NRC's " Rule of Practice," a copy
of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document
Room.
