Mr. Al Toth, US NRC Region V-Resident Inspector, was verbally notified of ,
this reportable condition on December 7,1979, by the S'upply System. '
Babcock and Wilcox has subsequently reported this condition as a Part 21 on December 17, 1979.
Attachment A to this letter contains the WPPSS interim report on the subject condition. Attachment B to this letter contains the Babcock and Wilcox report on the subje.t.
