NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-445/92-57; 50-446/92-57
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. J. E. Whittemore of this office
on November 16-19, 1992.
The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for your Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2,
facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during this inspection are identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and review of completed
activities.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified. The scope and implementation of emergency, abnormal, and alarm
procedures for Unit 2, including the associated administrative controls were
acceptable and judged to be fully capable of supporting Unit 2 operation.

In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy
