Dear Mr. Ross:
Please be advised that due to recent reorganization within Ohio Edison Company, ef f ective immediately Mr. Clyde W.
Frederickson, Vice President, is the duly authorized officer of the Company responsible for receipt and transmittal of all USNRC official correspondence related to the Erie Nuclear Plant Project in accordance with 10CFR50.30.
Accordingly, please address all future correspondence to Mr. Clyde W.
Frederickson.
Per letter dated September 21, 1973, the NRC was advised that Mr. Barry M. Miller, Manager, Fossil and Nuclear Plant Engineering Department, Ohio Edison Company, was authorized to review, approve and affix his signature on my behalf to all documents submitted to your office which are directly related to licensing application for the Erie Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.
