PROPOSED REVISION 1 TO TASK ACTION PLAN A-33, NEPA REVIEWS OF ACCIDENT RISKS Attached, for your approval, is a proposed revision to Task Action Plan A-33, NEPA Reviews of Accident Risks. The revisions are indicated by a line in the right hand margin of the plan.
The plan is being revised for three reasons: 1) to more clearly state the intended scope of the Pacific Northwest Laboratory (PNL) contract terms (page 8, section 4, Technical Assistance Requirements) and to more accurately reflect the thrust of the task as it is developing; 2) to reflect recent changes in titles in the RES organization (page 9, section 6.b. Assistance Requirements from other NRC offices); and 3) to update the plan with current information, as appropriate. There are no changes in schedule dates contained in this proposed revision.
The organizations materially affected by the revision have concurred in the revision.
