Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 06 Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $641,000.00 which increases the amount obligated to the task order from $600,000.00 to $1,241,000.00.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
The third paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$1,241,000.00 of which $1,193,269.23 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $47,739.77 represents the fixed fee."
