Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 05 Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $855,000.00 which increases the amount obligated to the task order from $1,450,000.00 to $2,305,000.00.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
The forth paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$2,305,000.00 of which $2,216,346.15 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $88,653.85 represents the fixed fee."
