Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No NPF-38 Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-105 Gentlemen:
Waterford 3 proposed a change to the Technical Specifications (TS) in submittal W3P88-1287 dated November 3, 1989.
Subsequent Amendments have revised the TS such that the subject proposed change request is no longer accurate. Therefore, we formally request that Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-105 be withdrawn in its entirety.
The proposed change will be reviewed, updated and submitted for your review at a later date.
