RESPONSE 10 NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 99901246/92-01 I am responding to your September 16. 1992, letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) which provided additional information regarding the Notice of Violation (NOV) forwarded on June 17, 1992, with NRC-Inspection Report No. 99901246/92-01.
The additional information was requested in our letter of August 12, 1992 which also stated that we found your response to the r
Notice of Nonconformance (NON) acceptable.
We have concluded that.your response to the NOV is satisfactory.
We will revin the imp'lementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained for the concerns identified in the NOV and NON.
In accordance with 10 CfR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a ccpy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
