U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION U k' ' EXPORT LICENSE XS! 101581 Conditions License Number Condition 1 -ticensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declorofion covering each export end mark one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Wcshington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should cc-company or be plcced on the Shipper's Export Declarotions for such exports:
"This shipment is being made pursucnt to specific license number (specific license number) filed at (locotion of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), cno the unshipped belance remaining on this license is suff'cient to cover the shipment described on this decieration."
Condition 2 - Exports authorized in cny country or de>tincticn, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Deocrtment of Commerce.
