We respectfully submit our application for the renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. USA /6375/B()P.
This submittal reflects a compilation and consolidation of a previously approved Safety Analysis report and all amendments in a format which is consistent with NRC Regulatory Guide 7.9.
There have been no changes or additions to the SAR and the detailed calculations of prior submittals'except for changes to the format as set forth in Regulatory Guide 7.9.
Where required for clarity and readability, former handwritten analyses have been typed.
Our check in the amount of $150.00 is enclosed as required by Section 170.31(11-C) of 10CFR170.
