REQUAltFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-131/0L-92-01 On November 23, 1992, the NRC administered requalificatiSt examinations to an employee of your facility who operates the Veterans Affairs Medical Center Reactor. The examination was conducted in accordance witn NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examiner Standards, " Administration of NRC Requalification Examinations at Non-Power Reactors."

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the Public Document Room.
