In view of the foregoing and pursuant to the Ate =ic Energy Act of 1954, as
. smanded, and the regulations in'10 CTR Par:s 2, 20, 30, 40 and 70, IT IS BIREST ORDEFID TZAT:
All activities under the license involving the use, processing, handling j
~ and burial of special nuclear :sterials, except those =aterials now at tha' site or in, transit to the site, are suspended effective i=ediately pending further crder.

The licassea =ay, within eventy (20) days of the date of receipt of this Order, file a vritten answer to this crdet under Oath or Affir=ation and =sy also request a hearing, within said tvanty (20) day period. If a hearing is requestad, the Co=nission vill issue an Order designating the tice and place of hearing.
Any request for a hearing shall not stay this order.
VI In the event the licensee files a request for hearing withis tha ti=a specified, the issues to be considered at such hearing shall he:
