This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. J. Rinneman of this office on November 5 and 6, 1975 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, of activities authorized by your Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
General License and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. J.
Kinneman with Mr. Rapp of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection and to a subsequent telephone conversation between Mr. J. Kinneman and yourself on November 10, 1975.
The inspection was an awa= %ation o' w.tvities conducted under your NRC Cenaral License as they relate to eceniance with the NRC's Regulation 10 CFR 150 "Easaptions and Continued Regulatory Authority in Agreement States under Section 274." The inspection consisted of selective exam-inations of procedures, interviews with personnel, measurements made by the inspector and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed. .
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice" Part
- 2. Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
