The Radiation Safety program procedures used for the South Carolina License No.
043 have been annotated to update and provide for autoinatic hicking source devices,.-
alarm ratemeters, and revised-gamma constants. Annotations are initialled as--
requested.
NRC Form 313 is completed with attachments for items 5 through 11.
Also included is a copy of the.10 CFIt 71 QA program for information purposes.
