We could not have known Of PECo's intention to modify isolation set points before receiving t he effluent report.

There is no other means to protect our interest.
3 We can add significgnt information to the record via the testimony of our expert witness,and we have not been afforded an opportunity to present this.

Our health and safety are threatened by effluent releases from Limerick.

Since evacuation contentions are still under consideration by LB, our petition will not-further delay the proceedings.
