  • Perry Nuclear Power Plant Exercise Scenario Package submitted on October 15, 1984, several changes have been effected to the package.

l In order to reduce the bulk of the package, several parts have been reproduced ll doublesided. The major changes incorporated include:

1. The cover and spine have been revised.
2. The list of "Laters" has been deleted since all outstanding items
h' have been identified and included in the scenario.

> 3. The State of Pennsylvania has been added to the list of parti-cipants (Section 2.1.2).

'4. The Ashtabula County Reception C' enter has been identified as Conneaut High School (Section.2.3.2).

The facility figures have been revised to include player locations lI 5 (Section 2).

6. Figure 3.1 has been redrawn.

f-- 7 The Schedule of Events (Section 5.0) has been revised to reflect agreed upon revisions.

8. In accordance with PNPP practice, Initial Conditions are given ,

, to players on the day prior to the exercise. These are now

'i ncluded in Section 6.1, along with the Initial Conditions

.given out on the day of the Exercise.

9 Weather forecasts have been added to the Initial Conditions 1

11. The Ashtabula County contaminated injured person medical drill has been revised; a part of it is out of sequence in order to a

facilitate its implementation. The hospital sequence will occur at 0900; the initiating accident sequence still occurs at 1515.

The Written Summary (Section 6.4) has been revised to correct some inconsistencies.

13. The Message Forms message numbers have been revised to accommodate revisions.

15. The Reactor Feed Pump flow rate on the cata sheets has been modi-fied to more accurately reflect that flow under stated conditions.
16. Some " Bypass Valve Positions" have been modified to more accurately
