Dear Dick:
Thanho for your past information.
But now I have another need for your help.
Enclosed is a report regarding the on-going, dan;,erous, blasting operation at the Limerick roch quarrying operation...om the same rock area on which the Limerick reactor is built.
It is obvious that the routine blasting with its vibrations tra-vcling throur.h the rock could loosen pipe supports or cause other eff ects that could cause ultinate accidents in the reactor as per re-port submitted.
En:losed also is a letter fron Dr. Denton of the :'!RC.
From the date of our origional report to his answer and now another delay, I feel this extremely important catter is being side-linced because NRC brushes us off as having no clout.
Please help us have this catter expedited. The ::RC has a duty to citizens to protect in such etatters.
