NRC Inspection This letter refers to a routine safeguards inspection of your activities authorized under NRC License No. SNM-1227 conducted by Messrs. G. B. Nelson and A. V. Wieder of this office on May 6 through 10, 1985 and May 21, 1985.
It also refers to the discussions of his inspection findings with you and members' of Exxon Nuclear Company management and staff on May 10, 1985.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. 'Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, interviews with facility and contract personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Para 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your f
control and ' accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear mate' rial are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed inspectionf report will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
