Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1,2 and 3 Submittal of Revision 0 of the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Physical Security Plan In accordance with a commitment made in Reference (7), attached is Revision 0 of the Millstone Station Physical Security Plan for Millstone Unit Nos.1,2 and 3.
As indicated by the date of the attached plan, it is tentatively scheduled to become effective on October 18, 1985. Although this effective date may change slightly, the attached plan will be implemented to support fuel load for Millstone Unit No. 3, presently scheduled for November,1985.
With the submittal of this plan, two physical security plans exist for the Millstone Station: 1) the attached Revision 0 of the Millstone Station Physical Security Plan, and 2) the Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP), Revision 20 for Millstone Unit Nos. I and 2. Once the attached plan becomes effective, the MASP will be dropped and superseded by Revision 0 of the Millstone Station Physical Security Plan for Unit Nos.1, 2 and 3.
Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) has reviewed this change pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p) and determined that it does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
- Pursuant to 10CFR73.21(b), NNECO considers this to be Safeguards Information and requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.790(b).
