Beaver Valley Power Station - Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412 Results of Fee. Management Audit Gentlemen:
During the period February 29 through March 22, 1985, Duquesne Light Company (DLC) conducted an audit of the Fee Management Branch with respect to the fees charged for the review of the BVPS-2 documents submitted to the NRC.
This charge was submitted to DLC on January 11, 1985. Audit results indicate that adequate documentation exists for manhour charges for both the Inspec-tion and Enforcement Division and Nuclear Reactor Regulatory Division of the NRC.
Contractor costs were also found to have the necessary back-up informa-tion.
The charges from the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safety and Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards Division were adequately justified.
Based upon the conclusions noted above, DLC has submitted a payment of $1,271,161.
