T.11 LIQUID RELEASES In order to minimizo duplication of effort on thu part of the licensee with respct to NIC notifications of a Liquid Release, a comment to Procucare HP IW9 A, TNI-2 Liquid Release from Three Nile I.sland Ad. min-1strar.tve Controls, was raade to change hRC notifications to one individual, ettner the snift radiation specialist or shift reactor operations inspector (as alternate).
In this regard. I therefore expect a daily report in the arnings (or Monday after a weekend) suunnarizing all liquid discnarges from a previous report. Negative reports are required. The report should specify the case and thes of each release. Any unplanned or abnormal releases snould be reported to we no matter what time they occur.
Please inform responsible pe'rsonnel of the change in policy.
