FINAL REPORT DEFECTIVE SB12 AUXILIARY SWITCHES CALLAWAY PLANT UNIT 1 In accordance with requirements of 10 CFR 50.55 (e),
we herewith submit our final report on the subject deficiency.
Preliminary notification of this deficiency was verbally given to Mr. H. Westcott on July 13, 1979.
The attached report provides a description of the defective material, the investigation at the Callaway jobsite, and the corrective action to resolve the deficiency.
