(CNSI) respectfully submits our application for revision of Cortificate of Complianco No. 9094 (Ref. 1).
The 14-19511 shield insert drawing C-119-B-0017 has been updated to include an improved lif t hole arrangement.
With respect to this shield insort drawing, the following chango should be noted:
D The lif t hole arrangement will now be three holes,1/2 to 1-1/2 inch in diamotor, equally spaced 120' apart.
The four 3 inch diamotor holes are considered to be optional.
Including provisions for this shield insert drawing chango does not require revision to the structural,
- thermal, shielding, or containment analyses as presented in the safety Analysis Report for the cask.
In compliance with the Cortificate of Compliance, no additional units of this cask have been fabricated since the previous renewal of the C of C, and no further units are to be fabricated.
