Th3 inspection was an examination of the activities conducted us. der your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commissioris (NRC) rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures tnd representative records, interviews, with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The findings as a result of this inspection are as follows:

] 2. The inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the violations identified during'the last inspection. We have no further questions on those actions at this tiine.

Onsite Inspection of Gauge (s) (list Observations / Measurements):
As per Carol Madigan, (812-426-4557) the gauge was installed by Ohmart in 10/73, however, the gauge has never been used.
The gauge is leak tested by Paul Roy and analyzed with a GM tube about every two months. The licensee will call Ohmart to make arrangement to return the gauge.
