In necordance with InCFR50.51(p), Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby sulunits the original and three copies of the affected pages of the Physical Security Plan, Revision 13, Change 1.
Attached is a description of the change to the Waterford 3 Physical Security Plan. The change does not decrease the safeguards ef fectiveness of t he security plan.
Please note that t he September 10, 1992, NRC letter docionenting the Staff's review of Revision 13 to the Physical Security Plan, was received after llevision 13, Change 1 was implemented in August,1992. Waterford 3's response to that review shall be submitted at a i..ter date with the ne:.1 revision to the Physleal Security Plan.
