Two procedures and two forms that implement the WCGS RERP have been revised. The revised documents are identified below:

Procedures Effective Dates EPP 06-002, Rev. 44 April 9, 2020 EPP 06-003, Rev. 28 April 9, 2020 Forms Effective Dates EPF 06-010-02, Rev. 6B April 9, 2020 EPF 06-011-01, Rev. 5A April 9, 2020 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedures and the implementing form explain that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. Attachment to RA 20-0041 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Changes to Two Procedures and Two Forms that Implement the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS)

1. Procedure EPP 06-002, TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER OPERATIONS, Rev. 44 Procedure EPP 06-002 is being revised because of the new Joint Media Center facilities. Wolf Creek is replacing the existing Public Information Organization Emergency Response Facilities at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Learning Center and at the State Defense Building in Topeka with the Wolf Creek Joint Media Center located at BETO junction adjacent to the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF).

These changes incorporated Procedure Change Request (PCR) 68897, PCR 71074, PCR 71419, PCR 71420.

Other administrative and editorial changes have been made.

These administrative and editorial changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

2. Procedure EPP 06-003, EMERGENCY OPERATIONS FACILITY OPERATION, Rev. 28 Procedure EPP 06-003 is being revised because of the new Joint Media Center facilities. Wolf Creek is replacing the existing Public Information Organization Emergency Response Facilities at the Dwight D. These changes incorporated PCR 70594, PCR 70605.

3. Form EPF 06-010-02, SECURITY E-PLAN RESPONSIBILITIES CHECKSHEET, Rev. 6B Form EPF 06-010-02 is being revised to update the phone number for the phone team due to implementation of the Wolf Creek Joint Media Center These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
4. Form EPF 06-011-01, PLANT TEAM BRIEF, Rev. 5A Form EPF 06-011-01 is being revised to update the radio channel designators due to the new radio system. Changed HP to RP to align with Company division name.

These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
