Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's Amendment of Operating Lic2nse" which seeks to suppl (ementOPPD) " Application for the application transmitted by Reference 2.
The attached changes are administrative in nature in that the supplement updates Reference 2 based on the issuance of Amendments 145, 146 and 147 and provides several administrative clarifications.
As such, the change does not affect the No Significant Hazards Analysis previously transmitted by Reference 2.
Attachment A contains replacement pages for the markups reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specifications. Attachment B provides replacement pages for the Ciscussion and Justification for the changes.
Attachment C contains replacement pages to the draf t copy of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual and
