Limorick Genera:*ig Ctation, Units 1 and 2 Emergency Rosponso Proceduro Rovisions Dear Sir Enclosed is Revision No. 1 to Emergency Hosponso Procedure (ERP)-300, "TSC/MCR Dose Assoasmont Team. " This proceduro is required to be submitted within t.hirty (3(,) days of its revision in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix E, and 10CFR50.4.
To comply with those requirement.n, the procedure revision should have boon submitted by August 14, 1992.
However, due to an oversight on the part of poisonnel ptocessing the revision, wo are submitting it sixteen (16; days late.
We ato requesting that t.his proceduro (i.e.,
ERP-300, Rev. 1) be withhold from public disclosure in accordance with ICCFR2.790(a)(6) because it conteins names and telephons numbers, and disclosure of this information would constitute an unwarrantid invasion of the personal privacy of the individuals involved.
Also, note that in our letter dated August 10, 1992, submitting Emergency Proceduro Revisions, the Emergency Responso Proceduro Index was incorrectly identiflod as Revision No.
1.
The revision actually submitted was Revision No. 3.
