Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits by attachment, Revision 5 of the Waterford 3 Ten Year Inservice Inspe-tion Program for your records. The new-revision includes enhancements as n' result of field use of the program and provides information which was gained during our past refueling outages.
Section G of this revision includes new and revised relief requests for your review. Specifically, Relief Requests ISI-001,1SI-00G, and ISI-012 have been revised, and ISI-013 is a new relief request.
