As reflected in NRC Inspection Report 92-10, Waterford 3 and NRC representatives agreed that additional corrective action was necessary to fully address violation D201-01.

To that end, Waterford 3 will revise Administrative Procedala UNT-005-001,

" Temporary Alteration Control," such that the procedure includes appropriate guidance with regard to the administrative aspects of temporary alteration control.

The revision to UNT-005-001 will be i omplete Ly October 28, 1992.
