Letter from NRC (R. D. Martin) to OPPD (W. G. Gates) dated March 17, 1992 Gentlemen:
SUBJECT:
Report on Performance Monitoring of Licensee Employee Reference 2 transmitted a Notice of Violation resulting from falsification of Shif t Technical Advisor training records by a licensee employee in 1987.
In Reference 2, the NRC requested that Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) provide 6 and 12 month reports on the results of its monitoring of the per ormance of the r
individual responsible for this violation.
This individual's performance has been closely monitored by OPPD for the past six months.
During this period, the individual has performed assigned tasks in a professional manner, with integrity, and in complia to with applicable NRC and OPPD rules, regulations, and procedures.
OPPD will provide the remaining report in March IM3
