Trevors to NRC, dated May 25, 1990, " Cooper Nuclear Station Inservice Testing Program Plan, Revision 6 Submittal" Gentlemen:
The Nebraska Public Power District submitted Revision 6 of the Cooper Nuclear Station (CN3) Inservice Testing Program Plan in the above reference in response to NRC Generic Letter No. 89-04.
Changes have recently been made to some pages of Revision 6 of the CNS Inservice Testing Program Plan. The revised pages to Revision 6 of the Cooper Nuclear Station Inservice Testing Program Plan are attached to include the July 1992 addenda.
This addenda incorporates relief requests granted under Generic Letter No. 89-04, equipment changes brought about by plant modifications, and additional changes as discussed in the attachment.
